Named after ‘+91”, India’s international area code, Nine One is the first restaurant project realised by Mumbai-native Samaira Kavatkar. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, and seated 95 guests, Nine One is the gathering place of Indian dishes designed and crafted by chef Samaira Kavatkar. Through her rich Indian-Portuguese heritage and upbringing surrounding by home cooking and entertaining, Kavatkar channels her nostalgia for vibrant flavour profiles and memories of her time in the spice nation, reinventing her classic dishes for guests to experience and enjoy.
